Jay is really excited to be racing with Ark Intervals for the 2009 season and about getting to take advantage of the Ark indoor bike studio because "there are only so many DVR'ed episodes of 90210 I can watch alone on my trainer at home." He appreciates the local triathlon community that is developing in Philadelphia and hopes that Ark Intervals will quickly become recognized as an integral part of that community. When he's not training, Jay esquires just enough to keep his triathlon bike out of hock, plays the piano by ear, and works on perfecting his carrot cake recipe.
